Nel commercio internazionale, quando si negozia e successivamente si
sottoscrive un contratto di compravendita, è di fondamentale
importanza accordarsi con la controparte sul momento e sul luogo in cui
rischi e costi legati al trasporto della merce passano dal venditore al
compratore.
Il passaggio dei rischi da una parte all’altra può anche avvenire in un
momento (e, quindi, luogo) diverso al momento (luogo) in cui avviene il
passaggio dei costi.
All’interno degli Incoterms®, il passaggio dei rischi è identificato come
“consegna” delle merci.

Payment Terms
In international trade, when a sales contract is negotiated and then signed, it is of fundamental importance to agree with the other party on the time and place, the method of payment where
the risks and costs associated with the transportation of goods pass from the seller to the buyer.
The transfer of risk from one party to another may also occur at a different time (and, therefore, place) from the time (place) in which the costs are transferred.
Within Incoterms®, the transfer of risk is identified as the "delivery" of the goods.
Međunarodna plaćanja
