These terms govern your use of Bitchy Affirmations (my.secure.website/bitchyaffirmations) and any purchase made through it. The site is operated by Shari Brewer, trading as Bitchy Affirmations (ABN: 32 261 334 713). By browsing the site or buying a product, you're agreeing to what's below, so give it a read.
What we sell
Everything on Bitchy Affirmations is a digital product, delivered instantly on purchase. There's no physical shipping, no waiting on a courier, no "it's stuck in transit" emails. You pay, you download, you're done.
Using the site
You're welcome here as long as you're using the site for its actual purpose: browsing, buying, enjoying what you bought. We don't allow scraping, copying our content for resale, or attempting to mess with the site's security or functionality. Do that, and we'll restrict your access without much ceremony.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We don't see or store your card details; Stripe handles that end entirely. Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are correct at the time of purchase; if we change pricing later, it won't affect something you've already bought.
Intellectual property
Every product, image, and piece of writing on this site belongs to Bitchy Affirmations unless stated otherwise. When you buy a digital product, you're buying a personal-use licence, not the copyright. That means: use it for yourself, don't resell it, don't redistribute it, and don't pass it off as your own work. If you want to use our content for something beyond personal use, ask first.
Refunds
Digital products are non-refundable once purchased, given they're delivered instantly and can't be "returned" in any meaningful sense. Full details sit in our separate Refund Policy. The short version is: read the product description before you buy, and reach out with questions if you're unsure.
Your information
How we collect and use your personal information is covered in our Privacy Policy, which sits alongside these terms. The short version: we collect your name and email, we use Stripe and MailerLite to run the business, and we don't sell your data to anyone.
No guarantees beyond what's promised
Our products are designed to entertain, affirm, or support - whatever the specific product promises in its own description. We don't make medical, psychological, or financial claims, and nothing on this site should be treated as professional advice of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bitchy Affirmations isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing here excludes any guarantee or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't legally be excluded.
