Bitchy Affirmations ("we," "us," "our") is operated by Shari Brewer, trading as Bitchy Affirmations (ABN: 32 261 334 713). We sell digital products only - no physical goods are shipped, and we don't need your home address for anything other than billing if your card requires it.

What we collect
When you buy something from us or sign up to our list, we collect your name and email address. That's the core of it. We also use cookies on our site (my.secure.website/bitchyaffirmations) for basic site functionality and analytics — nothing sinister, just the standard stuff that tells us which products are working and which aren't.
We don't collect payment details ourselves. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe, which means your card number never touches our systems. Stripe has its own privacy policy governing how it handles that data, and we'd recommend giving it a look if you want the full picture.
Why we collect it
Your name and email let us deliver the digital product you've paid for, send you a receipt, and — if you've opted in — keep you in the loop about new releases through our email platform, MailerLite. We don't add anyone to marketing emails without clear opt-in, and every email includes an unsubscribe link that actually works.
Cookies help us understand basic traffic patterns: what people are clicking, where they're dropping off, that kind of thing. We use this to improve the site, not to build some elaborate profile on you.
Who we share it with
We share data with the third parties needed to run the business: Stripe for payment processing and MailerLite for email delivery. Both are established platforms with their own security and privacy obligations. We don't sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone, full stop.
How we store it
Your information sits within MailerLite and Stripe's systems, both of which use industry-standard security measures. We don't keep a separate spreadsheet of customer data floating around — there's no need to, and frankly it'd be a liability we don't want.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email bitchyaffirmationsofficial@gmail.com and we'll action it within 30 days. Unsubscribing from marketing emails is as simple as clicking the link at the bottom of any email we send.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top. Significant changes — anything that affects how your data is used — will be communicated via email if you're on our list.
