All sales at Bitchy Affirmations are final.
Because everything we sell is a digital product delivered instantly upon purchase, we don't offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once you've completed checkout. The second your payment clears, the product is yours, which means we can't "return" it the way a physical item gets returned and restocked.
We know that's a firm line, so before you buy: read the product description carefully, check it's actually what you're after, and reach out with any questions first. We're at bitchyaffirmationsofficial@gmail.com and happy to help you figure out if something's the right fit before you spend a cent.
Faulty or inaccessible files
The one exception is on us, not you. If your download is corrupted, missing, or simply won't open, that's our error to fix. Email bitchyaffirmationsofficial@gmail.com with your order details and we'll get you a working file, fast.
Accidental duplicate purchases
If you've genuinely been charged twice for the same item (a glitch, a double-click, whatever) let us know, and we'll refund the duplicate charge. This isn't a loophole for buyer's remorse; it's just us not wanting to keep money we shouldn't have.
Payment processing
Payments run through Stripe. Any refund we approve under the exceptions above gets processed back through Stripe to your original payment method, and can take several business days to land depending on your bank.
