Himshikhar Coffee produces single origin, high mountain Arabica Bourbon in Shivapuri Ruler Municipality, Ward no 1.

It is grown, harvested, and cared for by women farmers at 1,022m ASL in Nuwakot, 40km north of Kathmandu. We also source coffee from smallholder farmers in Sindhupalchowk and Nuwakot.

We process our coffee at Nuwakot, and our coffee shop, Café Bhatti, is at Tokha 8 Kathmandu.

At Himshikhar Coffee, we work to:

• Establish the quality, transparency, and sustainability of Nepali single origin coffee
• Support and connect youth and smallholder single origin coffee farmers
• Provide coffee education, quality maintenance training and barista training for youth
• Build our coffee nursery, farm, processing unit, and café
• Develop a complete coffee solution-based company model
