Vancouver-based Russian-born classical pianist Dr. Alla Love strode with purpose toward the sleek black beauty in Tom Lee Music on Granville Street earlier this week, placed her long, graceful fingers on the glistening ivory and black keys and began playing with such a frenzy that you could have sworn a blizzard had blown in from the streets of St. Petersburg.
