Welcome to Resilient Kids Academy. By purchasing, booking, or engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. General Information
Resilient Kids Academy provides courses, resources, workshops, and memberships designed to support children and parents with confidence and resilience building.
All content is for educational and support purposes only. It is not a substitute for medical, therapeutic, or psychological advice. If you have concerns about your child’s health or wellbeing, please seek guidance from a qualified professional.
2. Payment and Fees
All prices are clearly stated on our website.
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Memberships are billed monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan.
3. Refund Policy
Digital products (e.g., courses, downloads, e-books) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
Memberships may be cancelled at any time. Refunds will not be issued for partial months already paid.
For workshops or holiday clubs, cancellations made at least 14 days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days are non-refundable unless there are exceptional circumstances.
4. Cancellations by Us
In the unlikely event that Resilient Kids Academy cancels an event, you will receive either a full refund or the option to transfer to another date/programme.
5. Complaints Procedure
We value feedback and take complaints seriously.

We will acknowledge receipt within 5 working days and aim to resolve all complaints within 14 working days.
If further investigation is required, we will keep you updated throughout the process.
6. Code of Conduct
We expect all participants (parents and children) to engage respectfully with our staff and other members.
Any behaviour that is disruptive, offensive, or harmful may result in removal from the programme without refund.
7. Safeguarding and Privacy
We are committed to safeguarding children and young people. All staff and volunteers follow our safeguarding policy.
Any personal information provided will be handled in line with GDPR and our privacy policy.
8. Liability
While every effort is made to provide a safe and supportive environment, Resilient Kids Academy cannot accept responsibility for loss, damage, or injury, except where caused by negligence.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Any significant changes will be communicated via our website or email.
Resilient Kids Academy – Key Information for Parents
We want to make everything clear and simple for you. Here’s a quick summary of our policies:
✅ Payments – All payments are taken at the time of booking. Memberships renew monthly or annually depending on your plan.
✅ Refunds –
Digital downloads/courses: non-refundable once accessed.
Memberships: can be cancelled anytime, but no refunds for part-months.
Workshops/holiday clubs: full refund if cancelled at least 14 days before the event.
✅ If We Cancel – You’ll get a full refund or the chance to move your booking to another date.
✅ Complaints – Email us at [insert email]. We’ll reply within 5 working days and aim to sort everything within 14 days.
✅ Respectful Behaviour – We ask that parents and children engage kindly and respectfully. Anyone being disruptive or unsafe may be asked to leave without a refund.
✅ Safeguarding & Privacy – Your child’s safety and your privacy are our top priorities. We follow strict safeguarding policies and keep your information safe.
✅ Liability – We do our very best to keep sessions safe and supportive, but we can’t take responsibility for accidents or loss unless caused by our negligence.

Refunds & Cancellations
We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to be fair and flexible. 💜
If you need to cancel a workshop or holiday club and let us know at least 14 days before, we’ll happily give you a full refund.
Memberships can be cancelled anytime, and you’ll keep access until the end of your paid month.
Because digital products (like e-books and downloads) are available instantly, we’re not able to offer refunds once they’ve been accessed.
