Resilient Kids Academy Works with Schools Nationwide to Nurture Children’s Wellbeing and Improve Learning Focus
Tracey and the team at Resilient Kids Academy work directly with schools to provide talks, 1-to-1 support and small-group sessions for children, while also partnering with teachers and pastoral staff to strengthen pupils’ mental health and enhance their learning.
We deliver one-off talks to pupils—either in smaller groups or to larger year cohorts—to help them develop a clearer understanding of what mental health means, how to look after it, and how to support others who may be finding things difficult. Our sessions also help pupils learn practical strategies for managing emotions, coping with stress and improving communication.
Resilient Kids Academy also provides dedicated 1-to-1 support. Our team takes time to get to know each pupil, offering tailored guidance to help them work through any challenges they may be facing and build confidence in managing them.

Handling Emotions
By supporting children with the challenges they are facing—and providing tailored guidance, reassurance and practical strategies—we aim to strengthen their capacity to learn. Our focus is on helping pupils settle, concentrate and stay present in the classroom, so their attention is on their learning rather than the worries that can pull them away. This increased focus leads to stronger engagement and, in turn, improved academic progress.
We provide 1-to-1 support for pupils who need—and fully deserve—individualised attention. We understand that schools cannot always offer the level of support required, simply due to the ratio of pupils to staff. With mental health concerns among young people continuing to rise, our 1-to-1 provision is more important than ever, ensuring pupils receive the focused care and guidance they need to feel secure, supported and ready to learn.
Tracey and the team at Resilient Kids Academy work with pupils who may find it difficult to fit in, make new friends or process their feelings.
We support children in strengthening their mental health and building their confidence, which in turn helps them develop healthier social skills and more positive relationships with others.
Tracey and the team at Resilient Kids Academy also support pupils who struggle to manage their emotions. Many children find it difficult to recognise how they’re feeling or to respond in a calm, healthy way when they become overwhelmed. We help pupils understand their emotional responses, develop practical strategies for handling big feelings and build confidence in expressing themselves safely and appropriately. This leads to greater self-control, improved behaviour in the classroom and a stronger sense of wellbeing.
