Before 2019 Former Board of Director during a previous Mindscape Event (Creative Art Show) Norfolk, VA @ Freemason Church we paid to do show at this venue. If not this one too then we paid for the Music Wellness event in 2019 only. Going to find out soon. Rest in Peace John!

Pic of some of the literature gifts Nichole & Erika gave out at Virginia Beach Municipal Area wellness walk around with our blue not red wagon. I would like a red one now 2023 because our blue one is falling apart, and we had a black office mobile upright cart already.
This video (press play) is the feedback given by Law Enforcement. After they volunteered to participate in Bubbles'Momie's In Our Own Voice presentation as a NAMI Norfolk representative. Before it became regulations that all police officers get Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) training. Bubbles'Momie then became The Wellness Intervention of Norfolk, January 2019 to Nov 2020 Volunteer to Volunteer Assistant Director to become (Dec 2020) 2021 Vice Chairperson and motioned for name change to The Win Center. 2022 to Present Chairperson on The Board of Directors. Chairperson has been doing Professional Volunteer work since 11yrs old first one was Langston Hughes Library Queens, NY (former Building location)

2021 Professional Enhancing Sounds Performer Remedy with Ciara Alexander with Tidewater Art Outreach setting up to put enhancing sounding in the air during a Check-in w/U event for a Commercial Office Building tenant.
2022 Volunteers participated in the promotions of a book called "Neighbors" that was completed by The Norfolk Street Choir Project as part of our wellness activities.

Enlarged pic of platting done by us before & after being taught by a Professional Celebrity Chef. She has cooked for us (homeless peers, coworking peers and neighbors) the most delicious refreshing salads. Even people that don't eat salads said it was "The most tasty and refreshing salad they ever had". So we catered to her during our 2022 Miss Cultural Pageant meeting. Food was served by us and all except broccoli was cooked by Berkley Supermarket in Norfolk, VA.
Thanx for asking your mom to become a volunteer to support outreach services that include mobile showers with hygiene care supplies. Seth definitely helped insert hope and make "home is where the heart is on Earth" possible for quality living to begin for many that slept outside dealing with medical issues.
2022 Miss Cultural Pageant on the scene pic. We had a self-serving table of our promotional and educational-awareness materials. Bubbles' Momie spoke on Domestic Violence being mistaken for uneducated and or inexperienced mental health domestic support and using a SWAG Aid called "Coping Skills" by Indigo (http://www.indigodaya.com/). Bubbles' Momie also hand made the Judge's score cards with her chronic hand pain from born abnormalities (ligament disorder) plus carpal tunnel in remission.
March 21,2023 EB was a 2022-2023 Professional Volunteer that helped us raise money to cover car gas expenses to complete GAPS mission for that season and told the people how I had to get to Suffolk, VA. EB also was preparing to do standup comedy as soon as another person on our team was able to access adequate mental health care. We look forward to doing a comedy show still in his honor because EB didn't talk too much. EB was music and he made it be known.
2022-2023 Professional Volunteer taking a nap (after a free style street performance). While we sanitized, washed, dried and refreshed donated cloths and blankets in Virginia Beach, VA overnight. In time for local clothes closet in Norfolk, VA to open that distributes to other local cloths closets and so on as required. To share needed necessities throughout other areas. A Goal Agent Peer Service (GAPS) The Win Center provided.
2023 Advocacy responsibilities done by yours truly Nichole McGill known as Bubbles' Momie (wasn't prepared since it wasn't my initial title). June 27th Norfolk City Council Meeting Nichole acknowledgement of Nichole McGill II (2nd) (Bubbles) birthday and reason why she is so dedicated to doing the work that it takes to reach recovery again. Also, help Nichole 2 (Bubbles's) generation be able to hopefully not endure the over medicating, malnutrition, malpractice, neglect, over institutionalization, abuse, incarceration and separation from their children as we are. Thank you, Norfolk City Council, for complying to my ADA request so I can advocate for the people living with SMI(s) in city of Norfolk.
People ask Nichole McGill known as Bubbles' Momie to run for a government office. I said "No, because that is what my daughter wants to do, and I have to continue with my wellness I'm not well enough yet. When I become well enough, I'm not running for office. The People will put my name on a ballot, and I will have to answer the call!" 09/04/2023

This is The Win Center's final follow-up on VB Re-Entry Council Subcommittees. Unless the funding people decides to give us more funding for our time, increase the amount for our distress from unnecessary back & forth communications, lack of respect for ADA regulations and VB staff thinking they so strong, they do what they want to (too many of them have said this to me), oppose to, what they are required to do for the benefits of all the people that makes up Virginia Beach, VA. To Nichole that would be strong.

2022-2023 Bubbles'Momie was denied Portsmouth CSB services & Housing Voucher Expired with no communication when I requested an extension when staff also lost my paperwork 2 times while partaking in Virginia Beach NGRI hearings (Dec 2019 to Oct 2022) and services as a Re-Entry Citizen.
Aug 2023, Excuse me this $168 2hrs during business hours & $268 2hrs during afterhours Executive Boardroom is so large I have to take pics of it in sections. Wondering who are the next smart working, no half stepping and able to demonstrate leadership skills, Board Members. That will be joining us and like to fill these seats in with me. No worries, I don't mind being in this room alone and seeing my team on the big screen. I know the sponsors love my daughter more than me however I know I am happier than her even on the inside, right now. I can't wait for her sponsors that is supporting me to see us together again and supporting us as a Mother-Daughter Team. Since I am a Mompreneur not just an Executive Woman. Maybe a future Fampreneur. Its pouring down rain to the point its flooding outside and it is still showing a brighter future for us & US.

I'm still waiting for mental health service worker to assist me with completing the requirements to get access to the dispensaries and speak to a license pharmacist as the person who I paid with my cash benefits $150 referred me to do. To change how I use weed (cannabis oil) now. None of my case managers since 2021 will assist me. Instead writes fraudulent reports that I indulge in smoking marijuana, or I don't take no medicine when it is prescribed as PRN. My legal father gave me weed for my medical usage since 1999 (9yrs old) for chronic pain. I worked for a federal agency and paid into my own social security. I don't get welfare. I get disability benefits. Plus, case manager when I resided in Hampton, VA from 2021 tried to human traffic me to use only their network of services and I can only get my DMV evaluation that's needed if I agree to their preferences of injected medication.
"Excuse me, if some of these memories seem too personable. However, my peers including veterans especially seniors, cannot endure. Endure in the same amount of trauma or/and distress as I can, without over medicating or incarceration or getting deadly medications from the streets and still live to rise to part-take in the civil due process non-violently. Then the legalities, not just for personal justice. However, for the change that is already here and happened for the majority or people with healthy family and friend support, to also happen for the rest of us and US. This is the reason I will be unavailable to do prior and only very selective tasks as a representative of The Win Center, Inc going forward. I will continuously recruit as we raise a budget to do so. Aug 2022-2023 "Legacy" was a Lounge (not nightclub according to the Owner). Our office was upstairs and many, or our staff was impacted by the hostile & aggressive environment. The Win Center bult a relationship with Legacy as a neighboring business with giving them Bubbles'Momie suggestions and copy of Pack of SWAG Aids Sample-Prototype. To improve their Workplace Mental Health. We still don't know exactly what happen because we had no parts of that tragic incident. We only just ignited our will to get our environment back healthy for those in that area with us and US as we could.
2022 Janitorial Gig Work in Virginia Beach & Norfolk Commercial Properties. In Bubbles'Momie (and camera-shy volunteer, kinda) mind (s)he was killing all the germs so US can work at ease & (s)he can get a wholesome (see spell check put halesome. 2020-2021 in York County, VA Bubbles'Momie took some Hood Fly peers to learn how to do Mental Health Wellness (recreational therapy) activities. We were given the reasonable accommodation to split the game into 2 or 3 sessions on different days. Kindly ask for reasonable accommodations before playing so the establishment can do their due diligence. For example, stamp the tickets and check score cards to help make sure it's all good. Plus, staff at this establishment gave positive affirmations and help figuring out how to get other games started for a warmup. Like the dancing game. Not everybody needs to warm up.
