Previous Chairperson Erica Bullock (resigned end of 2021)

is now being held responsible for not complying with resignation's obligations and responsibilities by being our assumed designated Registered Agent on the SCC. This will remain as so until we are done with our in-house audit corrections and putting in place our resolutions.

We humbly apologize for not being as productive as we could.  Since we are having to focus more on administrative tasks, problem solving to regain access to regulatory and membership platforms necessary for us to do what do for ya (US).

We are willing to participate and apply ourselves or agree to fulfill wellness activities/gigs, that pays us earns or gives us incentives, that helps us upkeep our own quality of life, as persons living with SMI(s) well or in recovery.

Thanx a Bunches for ya'll (US) understanding, compassion and patience while we do this due diligence process to remain a legit 501 3 C in operations revamping and expanding our demographical service population.  We are going from Local to State-wide to Regional to National.
