The “male gaze” Look
The notion of a male gaze changes depending on your point of view. As a spectator male. A female as an observer or as the subject of the look. All these frames of reference are contained in the photoart work. The work was invoked from transmogrifying a photo of a Morocco carpet.
Another Moroccan hand made carpet has been reconstructed as a Carpet Tunnel so you can travel through it and experience its texture, patterns and vibrant colours.
