Imagine accessing the deepest parts of your subconscious to create lasting, meaningful change. Hypnosis is a natural, focused state of awareness—similar to daydreaming or becoming immersed in a book—where your mind becomes more open, more receptive, and more powerful than you ever thought possible.
What Is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a gentle, guided state of deep relaxation and heightened concentration. In this state, your mind becomes more responsive to positive suggestions, allowing you to bypass limiting beliefs and access new perspectives, healing, and clarity. You remain aware, in control, and able to recall everything we explore together.
What Can Hypnotherapy Help With?
Most people know hypnosis can help with quitting smoking or overcoming fears—but its benefits go far beyond that. Hypnotherapy can support you in:
You’ve Already Experienced Hypnosis
Have you ever missed a highway exit because you were lost in thought? Or been so absorbed in a movie or book that you didn’t hear someone speaking to you? These are natural trance states. Hypnosis simply guides you there with intention and purpose.
What to Expect in a Session
As a professionally trained hypnotherapist, I will guide you with carefully crafted suggestions to help you enter a peaceful, focused state. You’ll be an active participant, following my voice and allowing your mind to do what it naturally does best—heal, grow, and transform.
Most clients benefit from four to six sessions to create lasting change. Each session builds on the last, becoming more powerful and effective as your mind opens to new possibilities. You’ll feel the shift—session by session—until you’re living the life you’ve envisioned.
Loss Of Consciousness:
This is one of the most common misconceptions surrounding hypnosis. Many believe that people who are hypnotized are unconscious. This is due to it portrayal on TV and on the stage.
Surrender of Will:
Hypnosis has been portrayed as a surrender of will, making an individual submit to the "power" of the hypnotist. A hypnotized individual is always capable of making decisions at all times.
Week Mindedness:
The belief that only fools can be hypnotized. The trust is, because hypnosis requires concentration, the best clients are actually the more intelligent of the population.
Revelation of Secrets:
In hypnosis you can be forced to reveal secrets about yourself and others. A client is aware of everything while in hypnosis and this could not happen. People can talk if necessary, but can fib just as easily.
Fear of Not Being Revived:Some people are afraid that once hypnotized, they will never come out of it. Since the client actually induces the trance themselves, clients can readily revive themselves when necessary.
