Sessions are available in person, by phone, or via Zoom video chat—whichever suits you best. All formats offer the same high-quality experience.

Recording Policy

Zoom sessions are recorded and available for download after your appointment. In-person sessions are not recorded, but you’re welcome to record them yourself if you wish.

Booking, Cancellation & Payment

• Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice
• Your credit card will not be charged when booking—it simply holds your spot. Payment is taken just prior to your online session
• Payment can be made by cash, EMT, debit, or credit
• Online sessions must be paid in advance

No-Show Policy

Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 30% of the session fee. I value your time—and ask that you respect mine in return.

Receipts for Insurance & Tax Claims

Receipts are available upon request and may be eligible for extended health care plans that cover Naturopaths, or for tax purposes. Please let me know in advance if you require one, as additional details may be needed.
