You can make better dispatching and scheduling decisions when you have good data to use.Live systems don't require any installation of a local antenna, computers to store the data or tracking software on the client PC. Live truck trackers generally are viewed through a convenient website. Another benefit is that vehicles don't have to return to a central location to get the data. Many fleet managers don't need live data to make decisions but the trucks don't return to a central location with any frequency. GPS data that is over 2 weeks old is really not of significant value to most fleet managers. The price of live tracking systems is subsidized by the monthly fee that goes with them. This keeps the capital investment lower. The primary disadvantage to live GPS trackers is that there must be a monthly fee. The monthly fee is used to cover the cost of moving the GPS track and telematics data across the cellular network, subsidizing the equipment investment, development, customer service and profit for the service provider. Because there is a monthly subscription service vendors are motivated to support your account and address needs.

  • My device does not work Properly

    A. Check that the SIM card is activated according to the instructions
    B. Check whether there is a SIM card inserted
    C. Check the SIM card insertion direction
    D. The device is out of battery, it is recommended to charge the device for one hour before use.
    E.Yellow light keeps flashing when the network cannot be found, move the tracker to another location.

  • What to when the device has been offline for a long time.

    Send a message command RCONF from the phone to the tracker SIM and check if the APN is set incorrectly in the reply.

  • Why is my device is not online?

    You should check device setting, send: RCONF to device. It will tell the setting you should check in reply:
    1. If  the APN  is correct;
    2. If the  IP and Port  is correct (IP and port are write in the user manual, you should check if it is the  same as  the reply)

  • How do you set IMEI for the tracker? (4G version not support)

    SMS command format: IMEI# NEW IMEI number#
    For example:
    if you want change IMEI to:353130099919959
    Simply send SMS command: IMEI#353130099919959#

  • I have set up SMS alarm function, why can't I receive alarm information?

    A. You should check if tracker SIM card has sms functions
    B. Make sure that the main control number is set for the device

  • How do you set Geo-fence?

    A. Set control number for the tracker first
    B. Geo Fence (send alarm to the first number only)
        Open Geo Fence: 211+password Sample: 2110000
        Set the Geo Fence Sample: 0050000 1000 (the Geo Fence is 1000 meters)
        We suggest to set the Geo Fence more than 1000 meters.

  • Why should I make sure that the ID already exists when I add the device?

    All IDs have been added to the tracking system before being sent out, so you cannot add them again.

    You should contact customer service to help you add or request the deletion of a new ID,

    and you can add it to your account by yourself

  • How to set control number for the tracker?

    For example:
    Your personal phone number is:+86 13950443465
    Command: Number+pass+blank+serial
    Control number setting: 139504434650000 1
    13950443465 is mobile number, 0000 is password, 1 is serial means the first number.

    (You can set the second and third control number also.)

  • The device is sometimes online and sometimes offline?

    A. Replace the SIM card with a better signal
    B. Drive to a good signal location to obtain the signal
    C. You can also send a SMS command of 6690000 to the device

         to obtain SMS location when the device is disconnected
