Karlin’s Construction was started in southwest Missouri in 2002 by its owner and president, Karlin Schrock, whose experience in the construction field goes back to 1998. After relocating to Virginia, Karlin continued the construction business and registered with the Virginia State Corporation Commission as a corporation in 2008. Over the years, the company has continued to grow and to refine its areas of expertise under Karlin's leadership.
