CLIENT AGREEMENT: INDIVIDUAL COACHING
This Agreement outlines the terms under which ADHD Coaching Network, part of Boostable as ADHD Coaching Network ("Service Provider") will provide coach-matching services to the client who has agreed to the agreement ("Client").

1. Description of Services
The Service Provider operates a platform that matches individuals and companies with professional Neurodivergent coaches. The platform connects clients seeking ADHD / AuDHD and other Neurodivergent coaching with fully vetted, insured, independent coaches for the sole purpose of Neurodivergent coaching.
2. Limitation of Role
The Service Provider does not offer therapy, medical advice, or coaching directly. All coaching services are provided by independent coaches who are fully vetted, insured (where available), and trained on accredited neurodivergent-specific courses. The Service Provider's role is limited to matching and facilitating connections between clients and coaches.
3. Fees and Payment
Coaching fees are agreed directly between the client and their matched coach. The Service Provider does not handle, process, or hold client payments. Clients will receive invoices directly from their matched coach and are responsible for making payment to the coach in accordance with the terms agreed between the client and coach.
4. Coach Responsibility
The Service Provider does not control, supervise, or assume responsibility for the work of any coach. Coaches are independent contractors, not employees or agents of the Service Provider. However, the Service Provider considers a coach suitable for matching based on verification of their coaching qualifications, insurance (where available), and credentials.
5. International Coaches
Some coaches on the platform operate from regions where professional liability insurance is not available. If you are matched with an uninsured coach, any dispute or claim will be handled directly with the coach rather than through an insurer. This does not reflect on the coach's competence; insurance availability varies by country. Your consumer rights remain in place, including the ability to raise concerns, request refunds, or end the coaching relationship. Please note that cross-border claims may involve additional jurisdictional complexity.
6. Session Rescheduling and Refunds
Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule any individual session according to the booked coach's rescheduling rules. Rescheduling requests may be declined at the coach's discretion.
Refunds: Refunds are only available for unused prepaid sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice. A 10% administrative fee will apply to refunded amounts. Refunds for exceptional circumstances (e.g., serious illness, significant life changes) may be granted at the coach's discretion. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval. 7. Data Privacy and Protection
The Service Provider complies with GDPR and will collect, process, and store data securely. No personal data will be shared without consent. The Service Provider is fully insured for professional indemnity, public liability, legal expenses, and cyber.
8. Liability Waiver
Client agrees to hold the Service Provider harmless for any outcomes, decisions, or actions resulting from coaching services received from matched coaches. The Service Provider's liability is limited to the matching service itself and does not extend to the quality, delivery, or outcomes of coaching sessions.
9. Non-Circumvention
Client agrees not to work independently with matched coaches without the involvement or consent of the Service Provider for a period of 12 months from the date the coach terminates their contract with the Service Provider.
10. Governing LawThis Agreement shall be governed by the laws of The Netherlands.11. Code of ConductAll users are expected to comply with the Service Provider's Code of Conduct, which is available alongside this agreement. Breaches may result in suspended access or termination of service.
