Governed by the Global Leverage Board of Excellence
THE DESIGNATION
CLC — CLO — CLCEI — CLME
The CREME Credentialing Program establishes a four-tier hierarchy of professional designations for practitioners of the 125 Leverage Index™ methodology. Each credential represents a verified threshold of competency, demonstrated outcomes, and professional commitment — reviewed, evaluated, and awarded exclusively by the Global Leverage Board of Excellence (GLBE).These are not participation certificates. They are performance designations. Every credential in the CREME system certifies that the holder has demonstrated the capacity to deliver precision-level results within a defined scope of practice.
THE FOUR DESIGNATIONS
The Foundation Credential
The CLC certifies individual coaching competency in the 125 Leverage Index™ methodology. Holders are authorized to administer the Index with individual clients, deliver precision-diagnostic coaching across their declared Scope, and represent the CREME standard in the market. The CLC is the entry point to the entire CREME credentialing ecosystem and the prerequisite for all advanced designations.
Certification Fee: $250 · Annual Licensing: $500 · CE Requirement: 8 hours/year
Organizational Deployment Authority
The CLO certifies the holder to deploy the 125 Leverage Index™ at the organizational level — auditing cultural assets, activating latent human capital, and installing the Leverage framework into leadership and operational infrastructure. Where the CLC proves individual coaching competency, the CLO certifies organizational-level deployment authority. Prerequisite: Active CLC in good standing for a minimum of 12 months with documented client outcomes.
Certification Fee: $750 (Exclusive) / $1,997 (Independent) / $4,997 (Sponsored) · Biennial Licensing: $997 ·
CE Requirement: 40 hours/2 years
The CE Delivery Desgination
The CLCEI authorizes the holder to design and deliver CREME-approved continuing education content that satisfies annual renewal requirements for active CLCs and CLOs. This is a precision designation — scope of delivery mirrors the practitioner's underlying credential. All CE content requires written CREME approval and a CE Approval Code before delivery. Prerequisite: Active CLC or CLO in good standing.
Application Fee: $500 · Four Year Renewal: $100
Examination and Audit Authority
The CLME is an internal CREME designation awarded by invitation only. CLMEs serve as the examination authority for all CLC and CLO practical certifications and the audit authority for all 125 Certified Organization™ compliance reviews. This designation is not publicly applied for — CREME Consultants initiates the process after observing sustained excellence in active CLO practice over a minimum of two years. Prerequisite: Active CLO with minimum two years post-CLO certification.
Application Fee: $1,500 · Biennial Renewal: $997
INVITATION ONLY
Every designation above the CLC requires it as a prerequisite — either directly or through the CLO. The system is designed as a deliberate progression: individual competency first, organizational authority second, examination and education authority third.
All credentialing decisions — approval, denial, suspension, and revocation — rest exclusively with the Global Leverage Board of Excellence. The GLBE maintains the integrity, standards, and authority of every designation in the CREME credential system. All decisions are final.
