The CLO certifies the holder to deploy the 125 Leverage Index™ at the organizational level — auditing cultural assets, activating latent human capital, and installing the Leverage framework into leadership and operational infrastructure. Three distinct pathways exist, each designed for a specific deployment context.
Direct CREME Relationship
Reserved for practitioners operating in direct relationship with CREME Consultants. This pathway grants the broadest deployment authority — individual and organizational — across corporations, government, education, and nonprofits under the full scope of the CLO™ designation.
Pathway Requirements
125 Certified Organization™
For practitioners deploying under the authority of a sponsoring organization holding a 125 Certified Organization™ license. The sponsor organization must be a current or past CREME client. Deployment scope is defined and bounded by the sponsoring organization's license.
Pathway Requirements
Full Autonomous Scope
For active CLOs operating independently outside of any sponsoring organization. This pathway carries full CLO™ deployment scope under the practitioner's own independent practice, with direct accountability to the GLBE and a per-assessment fee structure.

All CLO™ credentialing decisions — approval, denial, suspension, and revocation — rest exclusively with the Global Leverage Board of Excellence (GLBE). The GLBE maintains the integrity, standards, and authority of every designation in the CREME credential system. All decisions are final.
