Return & Warranty


First of all, buyer need to know that all of our products have been strictly inspected before delivery. Quality is priority issue among all our work. However, due to unexpected factor during delivery, individual preference etc, some customer might be not satisfied. So we offer 2 years warranty to all of products sold. Detailed rules are as below.


1. Return or restock product with no reason within 14 days from the day buyer receive parcel.


If buyer choose to return, buyer need to cover all cost that ship item to appointed address by us, and the cost that replacement is delivered to buyer is on us if he wants replacement.


2. During 2 years warranty period, buyer can get consultation or suggestion about repairing product or update firmware(if available) at free cost from our expert. If buyer can’t repair product with our help, buyer can choose to return to appointed address by us. Our staff will repair product and send back. If repairing needs new accessory, buyer need to pay the bill. We will inspect product after receiving returned item, then inform buyer situation and price of needed accessory.


Before asking help from expert or returning product, buyer needs to provide proof as following

1. Photos of the front and back sides of the packaging box
2. Photo, video, screenshot of the defective item
3. Photo, video, screenshot of the defect or defective area
4. Other information that our staff think it’s necessary.


Our staff will response to request once they get full information. If buyer choose to return for repairing, buyer need to pay all cost that ship item to appointed address, we will afford the one that ship repaired item back to buyer.
