SHIPPING POLICY
Our fulfillment center is in Los Miami, florida so if your shipping state is close to us, standard shipping time will be 2 -3 days and priority mail will be 1-2 days.
We process and ship packages Monday through Friday. We do not offer shipping on the weekends or holidays.
We will send you shipping confirmation email when your order has been shipped. You will be able to track your package the entire way. From the Carrier first scan to delivery day.
Please allow USPS & UPS up to 24 hours for the tracking information to correctly display.
Please make the necessary arrangements to be present at the time of delivery, because we aren’t responsible for stolen/lost orders that shows as delivered.
Please note that any orders placed on Friday after 2:00pm PST, Saturday, or Sunday are processed the following Monday. (If Monday is a Holiday, then the order will be processed on Tuesday)
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you received a damaged item.
If we are unable to fulfill 100% of your order, you will be contacted and have the option of exchange for an item of the same price, store credit in the amount of the items missing, or refund of the items not fulfilled.

Domestic Orders

Within the US The Standard Shipping Cost is $6.95 3-5 Days, 3rd Business Day Priority $9.95, and 2nd Business Day Priority is $19.95 (Tracking Information is Included) regardless of the package weight or quantity of items shipped.
You will receive free priority shipping if your order is over $75.
The length of shipping can be longer depending on where it is being delivered to in the US.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please be aware that International orders placed without a valid Phone Number could be retained at customs!
Standard shipping to Canada is $14.95 flat rate via USPS or UPS. (7 to 10 days)
Priority shipping to Canada is $24.95 flat rate via USPS or UPS .(5 to 7 days)
You will receive free shipping if your order is over $100 (For Canada Only.)
Please be aware that in some countries UPS is the only shipping method offered.
When shipped via USPS the tracking number we provide you will show progress information only when the parcel is within the US territory. United State Post Office can't provide Tracking Information on parcels outside of US However, you can track your order on Canada post website as well. (Except some regions in CANADA).
International returns are responsible for return shipping costs.
Fashion Effect Store is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.

General Information:

Please allow up to 1 business day for your order to be processed/sent out (weekends are not business days).
Please note shipping speed mentioned above are estimated only. Non-major Urban Regions, Northern Regions, and Remote Regions may expect longer delivery time. International shipment may expect a delay due to customs clearance. We ship as quick as possible but we have no control over the delivery time.
