1. Are you licensed and ordained to solemnize marriages?

2. Do you accept same-day wedding ceremony requests?

Yes, I provide same-day requests for both mobile and chapel ceremony services.


3. What is mobile service?
Mobile wedding ceremony and officiant service is an on-site service. I can travel to any approved location you desire for your wedding ceremony, on or off the Las Vegas Strip.


4. Are there any locations where mobile services are not provided?
Wanda Tracey’s mobile services are not provided where trespassing is prohibited, examples: the Sidewalk in front of Bellagio Fountains and unauthorized access to shared spaces within hotel premises without written consent. Wanda Tracey no longer provides mobile services at Boulder City Dry Lake Bed, and Jean NV Dry Lake Bed.


5. How can I obtain a Nevada Marriage License?
To obtain a Nevada Marriage License, couples must personally visit the Nevada State Marriage License Bureau and pay the required fee directly to the state. Wedding ministers cannot assist with this process. For a more efficient experience, couples are encouraged to complete the application for the Nevada Marriage License online beforehand.Go to: https://clerk.clarkcountynv.gov/AcclaimClerkPreApp/


6. How long does it take to record a marriage certificate?
Please be aware that recording your marriage certificate could take up to 10 calendar days from the date of your wedding ceremony due to the processes of the Clerk's Recorder Office. Expedited processing is available Monday through Friday. Please contact officiant for more information on expedited recording and associated fees.


7. What locations require a BLM permit?
A BLM permit is required for Red Rock State Park and Valley of Fire State Park. Couples must provide the officiant with a copy of the BLM permit prior to booking the officiant service.


8. Can a family member or friend serve my wedding ceremony?

In the State of Nevada, only licensed marriage officiants, authorized by the Nevada State License, are legally permitted to solemnize marriages. While a family member or friend may conduct the ceremony, a licensed officiant must pronounce the couple as officially married and is responsible for submitting the marriage documents for official recording.Contact officiant for marriage pronouncement service.
