Reyes Consulting is a Colombian management consulting firm, founded in 2008 by
Camilo Reyes— a University of Atlántico graduated student—provider advice on Strategic Management Solutions, Cybersecurity and Devices optimization to professionals, corporations, governments and other organizations, and has planned become one of the "biggest pure management consulting firm in the world". Our Company started under the name Compusoluciones He conceived the idea after witnessing inefficiencies in Colombian industries & suppliers while working for the University Department of graduations , the firm has not been restructured until many years ahead. Under the leadership of Camilo Reyes in the 2008s, the company's core values and principles were established, solving problems after an investigation about IT in the educational sector, noticing that and a notable IT Solution growing, the management consulting practice was not enought to adopt the technology practices in the city, so like the starting point of the solution the company created at the second half of the year in the 2008s, the Reyes Consulting Company. Reyes want expand operations from IT to Management Consulting without leave the Technology area out off the business.

The management consulting and IT area was under fusion, when he decide the Acquisition of customers and assets of Compusoluciones.
The company start to reach customers and very well gained reputation on the computers, and phones, optimization and websites creation after many years in 2020 Compusoluciones changed his name to Reyes IT Improvers was in 2021 when the company add formally the management activity, transformed and revolutionized corporate culture was introduced under the new name Reyes Consulting, the firm expanded locally and established new practice areas. The firm called itself an "IT Consulting and management firm" and started out giving advice on using IT principles as a management tool and IT implications in the educational sector
Reyes's first partners were the classroom mates, in 2010 after he noticed that the basis of the problem was bad management practices, in 2010 he started to find and reach personal customer Reyes Consulting was created to start to solve the issue fixing the roots aswell.
In 2023, the company is projecting open its second office in Bogota and expand the Organization introducing new services as Mergers & Acquisitions and more
