Core values of Oasis Christian Church
Realizing that values give direction to any undertaking or project (church organization) Oasis Christian Church has adopted the following values.
1. Steer by prayer: Oasis Christian Church will be devoted to prayer because we believe, just like the early Christians in the Book of Acts, prayer holds the key to spiritual and numerical growth.
2. Biblical based: The Word of God will be communicated through preaching, teaching, and practical ways that will change lives. the Word will be our only rule of faith and practice.
3. Relational-based: Oasis Christian Church will be a place where people spend time together, practically caring for each other and reaching out to those in our community.
4. Need-focused: Oasis Christian Church will be a people church. we want to be a church that helps people find and experience forgiveness. We will extend God's love to those hurting or hurt and help people find hope in Christ. We will be involved in community activities geared to help the needy.
5. Empowering: Oasis Christian Church will empower its members to use their God-given gifts for ministry, for we believe that every believer is a priest according to I Peter 2:9. For this reason we will develop programs that will help each member to discover his/her gift(s) for ministry. We want to be a Matthew 28:19-20 church.
Message from the Pastor
Matthew 11:28-30
Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavily laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

Never believe that a few caring people can't change the world. For, indeed, that's what we're. Oasis Christian Church started with a goal of ministering to the people of Liberia and West Africa. Today, this continues to be the goal of Oasis.
