This component has been discussing the idea of a billboard to promote our profession for the last ten years. After many years of discussion, finding an artist, acquiring a billboard connection, and then several months of constant and tedious correspondence, our idea has come to fruition. Not only does "What's in YOUR MOUTH" bring attention to oral health, but it also parallels recent legislation efforts threatening our profession. This message will be displayed at six locations in New Jersey on two digital billboards and four large poster boards, so keep your eyes peeled! Our message will run through the summer until mid-October, and we hope to see some photos from our colleagues should you find an opportunity to capture some. Much appreciation to Debbie Locke for persisting and pursuing this opportunity for our component to RAISE OUR VOICE!!!
