Refund Policy

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COSTS, OR LOSSES ASSOOCIATED WITH ANY PRODUCTS/SERVICES PROVIDED BY MARKET WATCH ENTERPRISES LLC, DIRECTLY, OR INDIRECTLY VIA ANY THIRD PARTY WHATSOEVER.


If a buyer/customer wishes to cancel an order before the item/service has been shipped or serviced, and if the item or service is in transit, a 10%-25% cancellation fee may be applicable.


If a customer/individual wants to cancel the order or wants a refund on the same order or places an order for a wrong product/service knowingly or unknowingly he/she would be liable for the to and fro shipment of item, or service(s) already rendered, and will be liable for a (20-30)% restocking/servicing fee. Buyer is responsible for returning any defective merchandise prior to refund unless otherwise authorized.


Market Watch Enterprises LLC wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item or be refunded for service(s) purchased from Market Watch Enterprises LLC, you may return complete, undamaged part/item(s) in its original condition (whether new or manufacturer-certified reconditioned) to Market Watch Enterprises LLC within 30 days of purchase, with your original receipt.


For services you may initiate a refund within 30 days of purchase only if service(s) are not already being rendered, or if services have not already been completed, Some items/services may be non-refundable, including special orders and customized parts. Some clearance and ‘as is’ merchandise may be non-refundable.

To be accepted for return/refund, the item(s)/service(s) must be complete, undamaged and in their original undamaged manufacturer’s box as purchased, complete with all original packaging, instructions, etc.


Service(s) refunded cannot already be in the rendering process, or already completed. Items/services that do not meet these guidelines cannot be returned/refunded.

Don’t modify the items in any way, Do not order any service(s) unless you are sure you have the right service(s).


Please be sure you have the correct item/service(s) before purchasing. We cannot accept for return/refund any parts/service(s) that have been damaged or services already rendered. We cannot accept partial returns of parts/kits if parts were originally sold together as a kit/unit. When supporting hardware is included with the original purchased part, that exact hardware must also be returned with the part return. Also, kits must contain all components originally included in kits to be accepted for returns.


Service refunds can only be initiated if said service(s) is not in process within 30 days from purchase date.


Subject to the terms of this Return Policy, Market Watch Enterprises LLC accepts returns for full credit on the price paid for the items/services within 30 days of purchase (except special orders, customized items, and items identified as “No Return”). Contact Market Watch Enterprises LLC to receive instruction on the item/service to be returned/refunded with your receipt showing order number, item/service number and provide a reason for the return/refund.


The purchase price paid for the item/service itself will be refunded. Please note that we are not responsible for shipping, taxes, installation labor or any other costs other than the cost of the item/service itself.


Refunds may or may not be paid in the same way you paid us at Market Watch Enterprises LLC's discretion. (i.e. Credit card payments, ACH Bank transfers, e-check, etc...)
Market Watch Enterprises LLC reserves the right to limit exchanges and returns at any time, for any reason.
