Ms. Southern States United Crown of America
Dr. Chanell Dingle-Sermon reigned as Ms. Southern States United Crown of America in its inaugural year. She is an award-winning educator, pastor, and nonprofit CEO who has held pageant titles on state, regional, national, and international levels. She holds a professional doctorate in education from Capella University, graduating with a 4.0 G.P.A. She has over ten years of experience in education and over four years of experience teaching Bible-based messages on social media and the Kingdom Purpose TV Network on the Daily Gospel Network. She has received many collegiate, national, and international honors, including two international honorary doctorates and the President’s Lifetime Achievement Award. During her reign as Ms. Southern States United Crown of America, she served in community as well as promoted mental wellness through empowering messages online and in-person.
However, despite an unsuccessful run for the national crown of Miss United Crown of America, she won a national title as a queen for the Elite Beauty USA. Dr. Sermon was announced as the Supreme Ms. National Elite Beauty USA, becoming their first winter royalty queen of the season on October 1, 2025, also winning seven categories including Ms. Congeniality, Talent, Interview, Achievement of Excellence, Overall Career Achievement, Glamorous Beauty & Best Personality. Although her reign is complete as Ms. Southern States 2025 for Miss United Crown of America, Dr. Sermon will always have an imprint on the platform's legacy as its first queen having a trail excellence.
