On Sept 7, 2017, we put a large down payment on a building: 631, 633, 635 and 637 McKean Avenue, Donora, Pa 15033. We still owe $11,200 on it -- making payments of $400 + $360 a month for utilities, taxes and insurance. 1/5 of the building is being used right now -- we need to rehab the rest of the building.
