Application process

• The applicants have to fill the Google form link first. Click here!
  
• MJC will email the application form to the applicant's email address after
  he/she "submit" the form. Please ensure that your email address and other
  contact information are up to date and correct.
  
• After filling out the application form, please send the completed document,
  including other required documents stated in Session 9: Application
  Guidelines in General Information, to the MJC scholarship department’s
  email address, scholarship.mjc@gmail.com, before the deadline
  of November 30, 2023. (MST 17:00).
  
• Please send all the documents in PDF format.
