                          Puppy Contract and Guarantee

Your Doodle  is sold as pet quality puppy ONLY. Puppy is warranted only for the purpose of being a companion animal.
Breeder guarantees that the puppy is healthy, and free of known contagious diseases. Puppy is up to date vaccinations and deworming required for its age at the time of this agreement.
The Buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within three (3) days after taking Possession  of puppy.
If the puppy is determined to be in poor health, as evidenced by a veterinarian’s written statement, the buyer can elect to keep the puppy, assuming all costs for its care, or may return the puppy for a full refund upon the breeder’s receipt of the veterinarian’s statement regarding the puppy’s health.

This provision will expire 72 hours after buyer takes possession of the puppy. A shot record schedule will be issued with your pup from your veterinarian. This Schedule must be adhered to or guarantee is forfeit. No Veterinarian fees/bills will be paid by breeder.
This pup is guaranteed against Catastrophic (life threatening) genetic health problems for 1 year from their birth date

Buyer agrees to notify breeder of any health or temperament problems that develop in this puppy / dog during its life, where it pertains to the guarantee or not. (Ex. Cancer, heart problems etc.) Breeder strongly encourages buyer to attend puppy obedience classes with puppy to help provide proper socialization.
We offer no guarantee on to the size or colour of your new puppy.
NO RUFUND on Deposits 

Only once it has its second vaccinations or third will your puppy have an immune system against virus like parvo etc. Talk with your vet before doing these things below: 

1. Do not take puppy out doors on the ground or to pet stores or have others handling your puppy
    or socializing with other dogs or pups without knowing their vaccinations ?
2. Please take your puppy straight home and let it settle into a quiet area.
3. Try not be cuddle for long periods, puppy needs to move around to want to eat and drink.
4. Always keep dry puppy food and water nearby at all times. For 10 months.
    can take away at bedtime and back out in the morning 
5. If puppy shows signs of diarrhea can give small tsp. Of pure pumpkin
    (not pie filling) or can give 1-2 ml of Pepto Bismol or Probiotic 
6. Only treats that I recommend is Cheerios for training or tiny pieces of block cheese 4-5 pieces at one training        session, Stella chewy's (Lamb) pieces also good for treats  or their puppy kibble.
7. If any problems best to call me, so I can advice you before taking to the vet if at all possible
8. Puppy-Proofing your home in and outdoors for things puppy can chew or swallow.
