In an auditorium setting arrangement, the Grand Ballroom will accommodate up to five hundred persons. For banquet service, the Grand Ballroom will comfortably seat up to three hundred diners with a dance floor or three hundred-fifty diners without a dance floor.

Ideal for meetings, the Board Room is located on the top floor of Hotel Louisville. The view is inspiring and the decor and furnishings are pleasing. Wi-Fi and audio/visual aids are available.

• A minimum non-refundable deposit of 50% is required within 48 hours of confirmation. Exceptions made only if event is booked four or more months in advance. Failure to remit deposit within specified time frame is grounds for forfeiture.
• Total for room rental, equipment rental, incidentals, and 100% of food costs is due in full fourteen days prior to event. Remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to event.
• No decorating that affixes decorations to walls or ceilings or results in any manner of property damage is strictly prohibited. Violators are subject to reimbursement for damages.
• Immediate reimbursement for property damages caused by attendees (invited or otherwise) of the event is required.
• Attendees shall avoid lewd conduct and conversation, abstain from smoking within the building, maintain proper control over children, and show respect to hotel staff and other hotel guests. Attendees are prohibited from wandering into restricted areas and those engaged in illegal activities are subject to arrest. Children under the age of eighteen must be accompanied by a parent or authorized adult at all times.
• A minimum gratuity of 15% of food costs will be assessed.
• Ballroom events exceeding six hours will be assessed at the twelve hour rental rate.
• Hotel catering includes, without additional charge, an event coordinator who will facilitate room set-up and serving.
• Hotel rooms may be reserved for the benefit of overnight guests at discounted rates.
