Rick Barker is the owner and Principal Broker of GODBY Realty & Auction, bringing decades of experience, public service, and deep local knowledge to the company and the clients it serves.
Rick first joined the company in 1998 as an auction clerk and steadily built his career in the real estate and auction industries. He earned his Apprentice Auctioneer’s License in 2000, his REALTOR® license in 2001, his Principal Auctioneer’s License in 2002, and his Broker’s License in 2004. In 2009, Rick had the opportunity to purchase the company and has proudly served as its owner ever since.
A 1973 graduate of Nancy High School, Rick has spent his life rooted in Pulaski County. He dedicated 35 years to public service with Pulaski County, including service with the Sheriff’s Office, as the elected Pulaski County Jailer, and ultimately as Director of Pulaski County 9-1-1, a position he held for 15 years before retiring in September 2009.
Rick continues to proudly call Nancy home. In addition to leading GODBY Realty & Auction, he also owns and manages The Rex Restaurant in Nancy, alongside his most loyal companion, Rex!
With a career built on service, experience, and strong community ties, Rick brings a practical understanding of people, property, and the local market to every transaction and auction.

Monica Reardon is proud to join the Godby Realty & Auction family, where she has the unique opportunity to work alongside her mother, one of the Lake Cumberland area’s longtime top-producing real estate professionals. Growing up with a firsthand view of the real estate industry has given Monica years of valuable knowledge and insight that she is excited to put to work for her clients.
In addition to her career in real estate, Monica serves as a sworn Deputy Jailer with the Pulaski County Detention Center. Her experience in public service has strengthened her communication skills and taught her the importance of listening carefully, understanding individual needs, and remaining dependable in every situation. These qualities translate naturally into the personalized service she provides to buyers and sellers.
A lifelong resident of Somerset, Monica has a deep appreciation for the community she calls home and the people who make it special. She is also the proud mother of two college students.

With a background rooted in farming and rural Kentucky, Devin brings a firsthand understanding of the land, property, and way of life that make this region unique.
His experience as an auctioneer has shaped the way he approaches real estate. Whether marketing a property, negotiating a deal, or representing a client in a high-pressure situation, Devin believes preparation, communication, and the ability to read people matter. He takes a straightforward approach with his clients and believes good representation means being willing to give honest guidance, even when it may not be the easiest answer.
Devin works with buyers and sellers across residential homes, farms, acreage, rural properties, and recreational and lake-area real estate. He believes successfully selling property requires more than simply putting it on the market—it requires understanding what makes a property valuable, positioning it effectively, and actively working to create buyer interest.

Robert Bell has been married to his wife, Sherry, for 26 years, and together they have built a strong family rooted in Wayne County. They are proud parents of three sons, Austin, Cody and his wife Merari, and Tyler, and are also blessed with a grandson, Cody. Family is at the heart of Robert’s life, and he values nothing more than spending quality time with those he loves most.
A 1997 graduate of Wayne County High School, Robert has lived in Wayne County his entire life and has a deep connection to its land, people, and way of life. Having been around auctions all his life, he brings a lifelong understanding of the auction business, backed by 16 years as a licensed auctioneer and his experience as a licensed REALTOR.
Robert offers extensive knowledge of auctions as well as the local land and real estate market throughout Wayne County and the surrounding area. His firsthand experience, combined with his lifelong roots in the community, gives him a unique ability to serve clients with insight, professionalism, and care.
Outside of work, Robert enjoys farming, hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors. Whether he is helping clients with their property needs or enjoying time with family, Robert is dedicated to the values of hard work, honesty, and service.

His knowledge of the area, its people, and its history is matched by a genuine love for Pulaski County that has kept him firmly planted here.
Before joining GODBY Realty & Auction, Mason gained valuable experience working in the Pulaski County Clerk’s Office and in specialty pharmacy sales. Those roles provided him with a strong background in customer service, public records, legal document recording, organization, and working closely with people from all walks of life.
At GODBY Realty & Auction, Mason helps keep the many moving parts of the company working together. He oversees much of the company’s administrative operations, assists with real estate transaction coordination, bookkeeping and payroll, and works with deeds, title research, surveys, and other documents necessary to help move transactions toward closing. On the auction side, Mason manages the cataloging and clerking of personal property auctions and plays an integral role in coordinating the company’s online auctions.
Mason also oversees much of GODBY’s marketing and digital presence, creating and coordinating advertising for real estate listings, auctions, agents, and the company as a whole across print, web, social media, and other platforms.
With a background that blends local government, customer service, real estate, auctions, marketing, and business administration, Mason brings versatility to the GODBY team and takes pride in helping both clients and coworkers through every step of the process.
Most importantly, Pulaski County is more than simply the place Mason works. It is home, seven generations strong.
