Host: Craig McMichael

Craig McMichael is a Detroit native, FWAA member, and senior writer for Last Word on Sports, covering Georgia football and the SEC.  He is also the writer and voice behind Inside Lacrosse’s Weekend Watch.

A veteran of the podcast space, Craig has appeared on the Bottom Right Corner, the Message Board Genius, and Saturday Huddle podcasts, and previously co-hosted SEC Sunday Night.

He brings informed analysis, honest opinions, and an SEC-rooted perspective to Football and Coffee—usually with his favorite drink, a dark roast red eye, close at hand.



Co-host and producer: Casey Cregan

Casey Cregan is a damn Yankee who wandered south from New Jersey years ago and, despite everyone's best efforts, never left. A proud Clemson graduate.

He's one-fourth and a producer of The Message Board Geniuses Podcast and a contributing writer to Clemson Sports Media, covering football and baseball. Over the years, he's launched several podcasts, survived a brief stint on CBS Sports Radio in Tampa, and somehow keeps getting invited back behind a
microphone.

Casey has never met a story he couldn't make 20 minutes longer. He brings strong "old man yelling at clouds" energy, balanced by just enough self-awareness to make it entertaining. Research is for people with deadlines. Hot takes are free.
