References to “we”, “us” or “our” in these terms and conditions are to ExecusourceHR Inc. and also includes, where applicable, our affiliates, service providers, suppliers and sub-contractors.

Please read these terms and conditions of us carefully before using this site.

By accessing or using this Site or otherwise indicating your consent, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the documents referred to in them, and that, to the best of your knowledge, the information you provide to the Company, its representatives or agents, is complete and accurate. A false statement may disqualify you from placement or result in subsequent termination for just and sufficient cause if you are placed by the Company. The terms "you" and “your” as used in these terms and conditions refer to all individuals and/or entities accessing or using this Site for any reason. If you do not agree or accept any of the terms and conditions stated here, you must cease using this site immediately.
