    We value your trust. We do not collect or sell personal customer data.
    All payments are securely processed through Stripe using state-of-the-art encryption for a safe checkout experience.



     

  • Shipping

    We ship all products from the U.S. using USPS for reliable and efficient delivery.

    • Sticker Orders: Sent via USPS First Class Letter Mail (no tracking) in stamped envelopes. Available for both domestic and international orders.

    • Tracked Orders: All other items—such as T-shirts, trays, art prints, and books—are shipped in padded or rigid mailers with tracking.

    Processing Time: Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before shipment.

    Estimated Delivery Times

    • U.S. Orders: 3–5 Business days

    International Orders: 2–4 weeks (delivery may vary depending on your country’s postal system)

  • Damage / Returns

    Lost Orders

    If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Provide your name, order number, and tracking information. We’ll gladly issue a replacement.

    📍 Note: We are not responsible for orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Please double-check your address before submitting.

     

    Missing or Incorrect Items

    • Missing Products: Contact us and we’ll send the missing items right away.

    • Wrong Item Received: Send a photo and your order number—no need to return the incorrect item (it’s our gift to you). We’ll ship the correct product ASAP.

     

    Damaged or Defective Goods

    If your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help.

    • Open-Edition Prints: No return required. Please send photos of the damage so we can file a claim with our carrier and issue a replacement.

    • Limited/Closed-Edition Items: Includes apparel, limited prints, and lifestyle art. Items must be returned in original, resellable condition for a replacement.

      • If the item is no longer available, we’ll offer a replacement of equal value or store credit.

     

    Returns & Refunds

    We prefer to make things right with a replacement whenever possible.

    • Sticker orders are final sale—no returns or refunds.

    • All other products are eligible for a refund or store credit if returned in original, resellable condition within 27 days of receiving your order.

    📦 Return Conditions:

    • A restocking fee of 15% applies to all returned items unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

    • Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.

    • Refunds may be issued as store credit or returned to the original payment method (minus shipping and restocking fees).

     

    Return Requirements by Product Type

    Apparel must be free of:

    • Stains, tears, holes, burns, water or smoke damage

    • Damage from improper washing or wear

    • Excessive stretching, pet hair, or fading

    • Apparel worn longer than 30 minutes is considered used and ineligible for return

    Art Prints must not have:

    • Tape, pinholes, creases, tears, stains, smudges, folds, or any damage not present in the original artwork

    Candles & Incense (We-Lax Brand) must be:

    • Unused, with original packaging intact and labels undamaged
