Post-Break rebooters

"Post-Break Rebooters" Coaching Program"

Designed for individuals returning to the workforce after time away.

This program supports individuals re-entering the workforce after taking planned, unexpected, or personal breaks, including stay-at-home parents, those returning from maternity or parental leave, and caregivers supporting family members.

It also includes those recovering from burnout or mental health challenges, individuals navigating neurodiversity-related barriers in the workplace, and those who have experienced job loss or termination and need to rebuild stability.

We provide guidance, confidence, and a clear path forward for anyone restarting their career.

• You are returning to the workforce after time away, whether it was planned or unexpected, and you need help to rebound. Below are a few scenarios that are the type of client situations in which we can help you re-enter the workforce successfully.

• You may be a stay-at-home parent, or returning from maternity or parental leave, or someone who stepped away to care for family members in need. This can be related to family member care-giving scenarios of all types; give yourself credit.

• You may be recovering from stress and burnout, or other types of mental health challenges.

• You may need help after a personal health concern and are now ready to re-engage in the workforce but need greater confidence.

• You may need job search help to navigate neurodiversity-related barriers such as ADD, ADHD, Autism spectrum and more. This may have made workforce re-entry feel overwhelming to you. We help you navigate these choppy waters until you find a safe port.

• You have lost your job, or you have been terminated with or without cause, and need help rebuilding confidence.

• You desire proper interview preparation, practice, and advice with live recordings of your answers.

• You will need a CareerNiche Certified Professional Résumé Writer to give you an amazing résumé that gets you noticed and in the door.

• You need a coach to function as a personal trainer for your job search to urge more job hunting even if you do not fee like it.

Maternity / Parental Leave Returners

Perhaps you're unsure how to return after raising children. To make getting started easier, we begin with a friendly welcome call where we listen to your goals and answer your questions. We're here to help you reconnect your experience to new opportunities with renewed confidence.

The Facts:
• Up to 43% of highly qualified women leave their careers after children (Employment rate of mothers and fathers, 2023, 2024)
• Only ~40–60% return to full-time work within 1–2 years (Career Returners Indicator 2024, n.d.)

If you feel unsure about your skills after time away, then our coaching helps you rebuild confidence and step back into your career.

If you're worried about gaps on your resume, then we can help reposition your experience into strengths employers value.

Stay-at-Home Partners & Caregivers

Transforming caregiving experience into professional strengths is what we help you do. Skills like organization, time management, empathy, and problem-solving developed through caregiving can be powerfully applied in the workplace.

The Facts:
• 66% of caregivers say caregiving impacts employment (Portrait of caregivers, 2012, n.d.)
• 22% report difficulty re-entering the workforce (Peng, 2024)
• Employment gaps reduce callbacks by up to 45% (Reducing discrimination against job seekers with and without employment gaps, 2020, pp. 4700-4707)

If you've spent time caring for others, then we can help translate that into valuable workplace skills.

If you feel behind in your career, then we guide you with a clear, step-by-step return plan.

Mental Health Returners

Overwhelmed by returning? We guide you forward with clarity and support.

The Facts:
• 70% report mental health impacts from workplace issues (Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace - 2024 Update, 2024)
• 17.2% take leave due to workplace harassment (Harassment and sexual violence in the workplace - Canada.ca, 2020)

If returning to work feels overwhelming, then we provide a structured and supportive path forward.

If you're concerned about burnout, then we help you build a sustainable and healthy return plan.

Together, we create a sustainable return plan that aligns with your health and goals.

The Facts:
• After 1 year away, only ~20% return to work (Peng, 2024)
• ~79% eventually return after treatment (Hardy & Vergara, 2025)

• If you're unsure how to return after a health setback, then we help you rebuild with clarity and structure.
• If you need a plan that supports your health, then we create a path that aligns with your pace and needs.

Neurodivergent Professionals

We help you leverage your strengths and find environments where you thrive. Our support is personalized to your unique needs and goals: we begin by taking time to understand your individual skills, interests, and challenges. Through one-on-one conversations and assessment tools, we help you identify your strengths and the work settings that best match your preferences. This way, you receive tailored guidance and feel confident that your pathway and options truly fit you.
The Facts:
• Only ~33% of autistic adults in Canada are employed (Employment Interventions for Persons with Autism Based on Recent Research, 2023)
• 93% feel passed over due to bias (Ahsan, 2026)

• If you feel overlooked or misunderstood, then we help position your strengths clearly and confidently.
• If traditional workplaces haven't worked for you, then we help you find better-aligned career paths.
