Perhaps you're unsure how to return after raising children. To make getting started easier, we begin with a friendly welcome call where we listen to your goals and answer your questions. We're here to help you reconnect your experience to new opportunities with renewed confidence.
The Facts:
• Up to 43% of highly qualified women leave their careers after children (Employment rate of mothers and fathers, 2023, 2024)
• Only ~40–60% return to full-time work within 1–2 years (Career Returners Indicator 2024, n.d.)
If you feel unsure about your skills after time away, then our coaching helps you rebuild confidence and step back into your career.
If you're worried about gaps on your resume, then we can help reposition your experience into strengths employers value.
Transforming caregiving experience into professional strengths is what we help you do. Skills like organization, time management, empathy, and problem-solving developed through caregiving can be powerfully applied in the workplace.
The Facts:
• 66% of caregivers say caregiving impacts employment (Portrait of caregivers, 2012, n.d.)
• 22% report difficulty re-entering the workforce (Peng, 2024)
• Employment gaps reduce callbacks by up to 45% (Reducing discrimination against job seekers with and without employment gaps, 2020, pp. 4700-4707)
If you've spent time caring for others, then we can help translate that into valuable workplace skills.
If you feel behind in your career, then we guide you with a clear, step-by-step return plan.
Overwhelmed by returning? We guide you forward with clarity and support.
The Facts:
• 70% report mental health impacts from workplace issues (Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace - 2024 Update, 2024)
• 17.2% take leave due to workplace harassment (Harassment and sexual violence in the workplace - Canada.ca, 2020)
If returning to work feels overwhelming, then we provide a structured and supportive path forward.
If you're concerned about burnout, then we help you build a sustainable and healthy return plan.
Together, we create a sustainable return plan that aligns with your health and goals.
The Facts:
• After 1 year away, only ~20% return to work (Peng, 2024)
• ~79% eventually return after treatment (Hardy & Vergara, 2025)
• If you're unsure how to return after a health setback, then we help you rebuild with clarity and structure.
• If you need a plan that supports your health, then we create a path that aligns with your pace and needs.
We help you leverage your strengths and find environments where you thrive. Our support is personalized to your unique needs and goals: we begin by taking time to understand your individual skills, interests, and challenges.
