I’ve seen firsthand how hard it can be to move ideas forward when you’re juggling big goals, daily demands, and the pressure to “do it all.” My work is about making that process lighter. I help people stay on track, sort through challenges, and connect with resources that make progress possible.
My Background
Before launching Connexsolve, I spent years in health research and biotech — from analyzing diabetes data at the VA, to working on FDA submissions at Biogen, to health policy research at Harvard Medical School. I also hold a degree in Education and a Master’s in Public Health, which means I approach everything with both a data lens and a teacher’s mindset.
After a corporate layoff shifted my path, I leaned into entrepreneurship. I’ve run a ski school in the mountains, started online businesses, and worked with early‑stage startups. Each chapter taught me that clear communication, accountability, and the right connections are what actually move ideas forward.
How I Work
My style isn’t about telling you what to do. It’s about creating space to think, asking good questions, and helping you see the options in front of you. Sometimes that looks like a focused “work along” session. Other times it’s coaching to build confidence in public speaking or sorting through a tough decision together. And when you need outside expertise, I connect you with trusted partners.
Beyond Work
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll probably find me outdoors — hiking, skiing, or just enjoying mountain life. I like bringing that same grounded, steady energy into my work: supportive, practical, and always moving forward one step at a time.
