This group includes notable Nigerians in public service either as civil servants, on appointment or elected representatives. They formulate, manage and administer the affairs of our political unit. They exist for reasons of policy; they provide services to the public; they are redistributive; and they act as a trust.
Within the public service sector is the civil service.The service servants, under the guidance of elected and appointed officials, are responsible for the public administration of the government of a country. Members of the civil service have no official political allegiance and are not generally affected by changes of governments.
