How To Book
Step 1: Visit Redemption website, choose desired voucher, enter your Voucher ID code. Submit one time processing fee.
Step 2: Wait for page to process and redirect you to the Online Reservation Request center. Fill out online reservation form.

Step 3: An agent will reply back with hotel/resort/cruise/airfare options to choose from or finalize. Don't worry - guests MUST approve all travel details! We never automatically assign your hotel or charge anything without your approval!
BOOKING: All reservations are completed online. No mailing forms or sending checks! While there is no advance booking requirement - please bear in mind that our reservation team is available Monday - Friday form 9:00 am to 3:00 pm Pacific time. Depending on booking volume we may not be able to process all same day requests. When possible, a bit of notice is preferable. All vouchers must be redeemed within 30 days, and guests have one year to book their travel.
RESTRICTIONS: Unlike most companies, our vouchers have no real restrictions. No blackout dates. No timeshare requirement. No advance booking requirement. One guest must be 18 or older. Offers can be used back to back (except Bahamas Cruise + Luxury Week) With so much flexibility, we can accommodate almost every need!
RETAIL PRICES VS OUR PRICES: Average wholesale rates range from $30-75 per night for most hotels, but this rate can vary depending on travel details and customer requests. Our database is filled with trusted hotel names that offer wholesale discounts of varying amounts. Some hotels may offer hundreds or even thousands of dollars off a reservation, while others may offer smaller amounts (for short stays typically). Sometimes a requested property is not offering discounts.
Peak dates or prime destinations will require surcharges at the hotel/resort's discretion.
BEST RATE GUARANTEE: If your customer finds a better public rate than the one we offer for the same hotel/room/dates, we'll match the offer AND send them a new voucher to use another time, for FREE! Rate must be identified prior to finalizing reservations. Must be public rate.
ERRORS & EXCEPTIONS: When sending customer quotes, we disclose the public retail rate for hotels, as well as the discounted rate the guest is offered. The retail rate we receive is pulled from hotel feeds. Occasionally a discrepancy between the retail price listed and the retail price on the hotel website will occur if the data has not been updated by the property. These errors are few and correct themselves when the feed is updated. These errors do not affect the quote or guest price - it is only an error in reflecting what may be the true current retail rate for the property.
GUARANTEED SAVINGS AVAILABLE: We guarantee that every voucher has savings available. The actual savings amount depends on the hotel chosen and other travel details. One example is below. Jane wants to book a hotel stay in Miami. Depending on the hotel she chooses, her savings amount will vary between $171 - $635. While hotel fees may be higher for some properties, the savings is also tremendously higher. Some guests will save a lot, some will save less. But savings is always available! CAN I REQUEST A PARTICULAR HOTEL? Guests may request a particular property, but should be advised that not every property offers wholesale rates on every date, so discounts may be limited if requesting only one property. We recommend that guests request location & date, and let our agents find the best deals!
WHEN WILL I BE CONTACTED? We book guests according to travel dates as a general rule. If you submit a reservation form in January, but your travel date is not until June - it may be several weeks before you get a quote depending on our volume. If you need to finalize sooner, you can escalate your booking request easily.
WHAT HOTELS ARE OFFERED? As a wholesaler, we have plenty of top name inventory. Guests will be given multiple hotels to choose from when finalizing - we do not assign hotels and guests must approve details before we finalize reservations. Some hotel names: Ramada, Wyndham, Hyatt, Sandals, Best Western, Hilton, Beaches, Double Tree, Sheraton, Riu, Marriott, Hampton Inn, Melia, many more!
CHOOSING LOCATIONS: Offers are good for any city, on any date. This does not mean that the lowest fees apply when requesting a specific area within a city. If a customer requests details that mean higher than average fees, this will also mean their savings will be much higher than average!
Example 1: Hotel stay in Los Angeles for 4 Guests. Two beds preferred. = Avg fees. (Average savings.)
Example 2: Hotel stay in Beverly Hills for 4 Guests. Must be a full suite on Wilshire Blvd. = Higher than avg fees. (Higher than average savings!)
Similarly, requesting a location such as "downtown" or "beachfront" will also affect fees. We CAN book any location - but guests should balance expectations of fees to the area they are requesting. Some example prime destinations are San Francisco, New York, Boston, Chicago and other metropolitan areas. Not a full list.
WHAT DOES AN ALL INCLUSIVE RESORT INCLUDE? An all inclusive resort includes your accommodations, and all your food and drinks. This means breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert and snacks. It also includes alcohol. Cocktails, beer, wine and more. All inclusive resorts also include varying services such as 24 hour room service, beach side massage, entertainment, night clubs, dances, shows, tv and movies, and many more services. (Fun fact: Menus with no prices are the best!)

HOW DOES THIS OFFER WORK? This offer gives up to $500 off when we book hotel & airfare together at the same time. This does not mean every guest will get an exact $500 off their trip. The actual amount of savings will vary depending on travel details, and can exceed $500, but this is an average dollar amount that many customers save with this offer.
DESTINATIONS: This offer can be booked to and from any worldwide destination.
BOOKING DETAILS:Flights must be round trip or one way - no open jaw or multi city tickets. Good for coach/economy flights only. No blackout dates, although discounted rates during peak times may be limited. One voucher for every 2 travelers. May be used for one traveler as well.
HOTELS & AIRLINES: We have access to thousands of hotels and all major airlines. If guests have a preference we can check but it's best to be open to all options in order to view the best deals available at the time of booking.
CONFIRMATIONS: We confirm all details with guests for approval before finalizing. Reservations are non-refundable & non-changeable.
Bahamas Cruise Guide
WHAT'S INCLUDED: This offer is good for 3 day 2 night cruise from West Palm Beach to Grand Bahamas Island. One voucher is good for 2 guests. One guest must be 18 years or older. The cruise includes Standard Cabin for 2 guests, food, drinks, access to the onboard casino, nightclub, spa and entertainment activities. Kids clubs are available, bars, fitness and much more. On the island, many activities are available in the Bahamas.
ITINERARY: This cruise departs West Palm Beach and sails to Grand Bahamas Island every other day, all year long - tons of dates to choose from! The first day guests will board and sail to the Bahamas. The 2nd day is spent on the island, where guests will re-board the ship in the evening. The 3rd day will arrive back to West Palm Beach. Guests can choose to extend their stay and upgrade to an all inclusive resort stay while on the island. There are no timeshare presentations.
CONFIRMATIONS: We confirm all details with guests for approval before finalizing. Cruise Reservation confirmations will be sent via email.
How We Get These Deals
TRADE SECRETS: Websites like Travelocity and Orbitz get their inventory from hotel aggregators (bulk buyers of hotel rooms), and decide collectively how much to mark them up before putting them on the website. Sound like a big conspiracy? It is, and it's got a name! It's called, Rate Parity. In corporate terms, this is a "strategic pricing concept" developed by hotels. No matter where you shop for your hotel, your price will be the same. In layman's terms, this is called "price fixing."
On one hand - it's nice (we guess) to know that if the price is virtually the same everywhere - at least you know you never overpaid.....right? On the other hand, it means there is no one competing for your business - at least not on price!
TEST IT YOURSELF! Go to Kayak - famous for their "comparison tool". Kayak claims to show you which site is the cheapest to book the hotel you want, and they will compare a bunch of options for you in one spot. Sounds easy right? Here's the problem...
Most of the properties on Kayak will shows you the exact same price for the exact same hotel no matter what site you choose to book through. Surely there will be an occasional price difference, but to the highest degree - you'll find all hotels offer the SAME rate no matter where you shop. (Bummer.)
THE GOOD NEWS: We also get our inventory from hotel aggregators - the same place all the "big" sites get theirs. The difference? We don't mark them up! Our arrangements with hotels are based on the VOLUME we book. The more we book, the better deals we get. We have no need to mark up rooms, so we don't. EVER. In fact, when you book through one of our agents, you will never even see our company name on your billing statement. It will come from the hotel or vendor directly. So, to recap: Other sites = Mark up prices and keep them all the same. Us = No price mark up, competitive rates with real discounts.
