About South Carolina Elite Ms. Heart of the USA
Dr. Chanell Dingle-Sermon was announced as the South Carolina Ms. Heart of the USA in December 2021. This is Dr. Chanell's first pageant title as she entered into pageantry with zero pageant experience. However, she achieved something so unexpected within her first four months as a first-time queen. She became the first pageant queen ever known to hold a state and international at the same time. How did this happen? Dr. Chanell received a woman of distinction award at the I AM H.E.R. International award show in 2022. The founder of the platform declared Dr. Chanell as the platform's first international queen. Dr. Chanell was unaware of the decision as she found out at the same the public found out about the royal declaration. The announcement was made public on social media. Meanwhile, Dr. Chanell continued to serve with her state until she became the National Miss Heart of the USA's "Queen of Hearts". This also made her known as the pageant queen that won three titles in one year. She reigned as the South Carolina Elite Ms. Heart of the USA from mid December 2021 to July 2022.
