Delivery times are dependent on factors including pickup and delivery locations, service availability, package requirements, traffic, weather, road conditions, operating hours, and other circumstances that may affect transportation.
Fast Ship will make reasonable efforts to provide timely and reliable delivery but does not guarantee a specific delivery time unless expressly agreed to in writing.
### Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information necessary to complete a delivery. This includes, when applicable:
* Pickup address
* Delivery address
* Recipient information
* Contact information
* Package description
* Package size and weight
* Special delivery instructions
* Access instructions
* Any other information reasonably required to complete the delivery
Customers are responsible for ensuring that packages are properly packaged, sealed, labeled, and ready for transportation.
Fast Ship may refuse, delay, cancel, or discontinue transportation of any package that does not meet applicable service requirements or that Fast Ship reasonably believes may create a safety, legal, regulatory, or operational concern.
### Prohibited Items

Customers are responsible for accurately identifying the contents of packages when requested. Fast Ship may refuse transportation of packages that contain prohibited or restricted materials.
### Payments and Fees
Customers agree to pay all applicable charges associated with the services they purchase.
For one-time courier orders, applicable charges may be based on factors such as distance, package characteristics, delivery requirements, service level, number of stops, and other applicable transportation factors.
For monthly subscriptions, customers authorize Fast Ship or its authorized payment processor to charge the payment method provided according to the selected subscription plan and billing terms.
Subscription services may automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy.
### Monthly Memberships
Monthly subscription plans provide customers with access to the services and package allowance specifically identified in the selected membership plan.
For example, a plan may provide up to **100 eligible local packages per monthly billing cycle**.
Package limits, service areas, delivery requirements, eligibility restrictions, additional delivery charges, cancellation requirements, and other membership conditions are governed by the specific subscription plan selected by the customer.
Unused package allowances do not automatically carry over to a subsequent billing period unless Fast Ship expressly states otherwise.
