Click on help and you will be redirected to the section where you will be asked to do the following operations.  Once you redirected to the  page,

(this is the  sign-in page) select the Forgot password?

(1) Enter your email address associated with your account and click the [Submit] button. (2) Check your email inbox. If the email does not arrive in your inbox be sure to check your junk mail folder or spam filter. (3) Click the reset link in that email. (4) Choose a new password.
