The warranty provided is a limited Manufacturer's warranty. This warranty covers any manufacturer defeats, any product that was received by a consumer that has a problem do to manufacturers defect the consumer needs to contact the manufacturer of the product from the manufacturers details and let them know the product is not functioning or whatever the problem is and the manufacturer will request the item be shipped to them so they can inspect the product. There is no refunds, all sales are final, if they find that the problem is a defect not caused by consumer negligent there will be a replacement issued right away, if the problem is caused by the consumer or by the shipping agent then the consumer or shipping agent will be responsible, the item will be shipped back to the consumer, if it was received in a non functioning condition, then the consumer will need to call the parcel company to get the issue sorted out. if consumer signs for the parcel and later wants to report a problem, that can cause the consumer to be in a bad circumstance being no way to prove if it was the agent or the consumer at fault. I strongly recommend that with all packages consumers check the product to make sure its in proper working condition and that their is nothing broken. Depending on the manufacturer the consumer will have to cover the cost to send the product back. Please check the Manufacturer details, contact the manufacturer so they can give the exact procedure required for sending the item back for inspection and cost, if there is an issue with your order contact the manufacturer right away.

Condition:

Chrome separation, “chrome peeling”.

This is a warrantable condition as long as it is reported within the time established by the particular manufacters warranty.

Experts have put together the following information in order to help with chrome plated warranty issues:

Proper care and maintenance :

All chrome plated wheels should be cleaned with mild soap and water frequently. Wheels must be cool before anything is put on the wheel.

When possible, chrome plated wheels should not be used in areas where salt and chemicals are used in winter weather.

If chrome wheels are driven in the winter months they should be cleaned every week.

Chrome sealant is highly recommended for use on chrome wheels that are driven in winter.

Chrome pitting is not covered by any wheel manufacturer. Chrome pitting is not the same as chrome separation.

Most manufacturers’ warranties only cover the face of the wheel, and not pitting or peeling on the backside of the wheel. Proper attention should be paid to the backside of chrome plated wheels when washing.

If proper maintenance procedures are not followed, chrome wheels are susceptible to pitting.
