Chase Carter isn't your average personal trainer. Sure, Chase is a former athlete and has parlayed that athletic prowess into a personal training career. But, what ultimately led him down this path was a near-fatal car accident in 2012 that left him confined to a wheelchair for nearly a year.


After two years of rehabilitation, Chase decided to dedicate himself to treating his own body as a temple and thus, those of his clients. He uses a variety of functional methods to help clients lose weight, improve overall health, and build habits that will last a lifetime.
