Working alongside you

Support for the people you serve.

We welcome conversations with professionals who want their clients and families to have access to financial guidance when they need it.

Tax professionals

For clients whose investment decisions, retirement income, or changing circumstances call for coordination between their tax professional and investment adviser.

Attorneys

For individuals and families seeking investment guidance after an inheritance, divorce, loss of a spouse, or a change in their estate plans.

Care & community professionals

For families navigating caregiving, health events, or other transitions who would benefit from a conversation about their financial needs.

Our Guiding Principles

Trust comes first.

At Longhouse Wealth Management, referrals are grounded in trust, education, and client-first care. We believe referrals should empower families with options—not pressure them toward decisions.

  • Client First: Referrals are made only when they clearly benefit the client or their family.
  • No Compensation: We do not give or receive referral fees or incentives.
  • No Exclusivity: Clients are encouraged to explore multiple providers and choose what fits best.
  • Consent & Privacy: No information is shared without explicit client consent.
  • Education Over Promotion: Referrals are framed as resources, not endorsements.
Making an introduction

A conversation, without pressure.

The first step is understanding what the person needs and whether Longhouse may be a fit.

01

Start with permission.

Ask whether your client would welcome an introduction. You can also share our contact information and let them reach out when they're ready.

02

Let us listen.

John or Dean will learn about their questions, priorities, and circumstances, then explain how we may be able to help.

03

Leave the choice to them.

The client decides whether to continue. If they engage Longhouse, we can coordinate with their existing professionals with their permission.

For an initial introduction, please leave out account numbers, Social Security numbers, tax returns, and other sensitive documents. We can arrange an appropriate way to exchange information when needed.
