Enrollment Requirements


Prior to enrollment and attendance, all prospective students must:

  • Complete and submit an official application form.
  • Once accepted, we will send links to whomever you have chosen to complete your Pastoral Recommendation and Character Reference Letter.
  • We need to receive the forms.
  • Pay the required tuition or deposit as specified.
  • Provide emergency contact information.
  • Sign and return all required agreements, including the LLSOIH Confidentiality & Liability Release, and Tuition Agreement.

Course Material


Students will receive:

  • A Digital Student Manual
  • A Digital Handouts Packet
  • A Course Completion Certificate (upon completion of all course requirements)


Information to Note:

  • Students will receive digital PDF copies of course manuals and materials
  • Printed copies are available upon request for an additional fee
  • Shipping costs will apply for printed copies that are not locally received
  • Local pick-ups will be arranged with course facilitators
