New England Sports Hub

Civil Consultants New England represented the owner of the New England Sports Hub in the City of Somersworth. Our team helped select the site for the project, worked on feasibility and developed the site layout for the project. The approvals includes NHDES wetlands and Alteration of Terrain, NHDOT review and City of Somersworth subdivision and site plan approvals. The project utilized pervious pavement and infiltration for stormwater controls on this highly developed site. Civil Consultants New England also assisted with structural design of the project working on the interior mezzanine and framing.
